Our Call center has prepared a list of answers to the most common questions.


A operator will answer your call and help you with your booking process. This is not a direct number for individual providers on the web portal.

Official working hours are from 9:00 to 15:00 (Monday - Friday).

We don't work that way. You can send an inquiry on your own to one or multiple providers.


You can check the prices yourself. When you enter the date of your arrival, the system will show all possible options from the selected provider. For each accommodation type you will see price price per person / night, per room / night or per offer.

Price shown od the provider list is usually the lowest price in all seasons. During the high season, of course, the actual price can be higher.

The final price is the price, which is confirmed at the time of booking. At this price the provider is obliged to perform the service. If the provider will try to charge you extra (considering the amount, which was confirmed in the reservation and conditions), please let us know as soon as possible, because this is a serious violation of contract obligations.


Provider can set their capacities / offers for online bookings. In this case, you can choose number of rooms / offers and continue with your reservation. If the rooms / offers are only available by inquiry, you will need to fill in the inquiry form and send it to the provider through our system. You will receive an answer directly from the provider shortly. In the case of a positive response you can continue the booking process.

Simple. In the list of providers / offers, click on the provider, then select the desired number of rooms or offers and click on the "Inquiry" button. Fill in the necessary information and click "Send".

On the list of providers / offers click on the "Select" button, where you will get all available information.

When you click on the "Inquiry" button you will be redirected to the inquiry form, where you can choose to send a simple (default) inquiry or you can select to send customized inquiry, where you can specify additional wishes. Note that custom inquiries must be processed manually, which means that it can take a longer time. Therefore, do not send customized inquiries, if you have no additional wishes!

Provider will receive your inquiry through our automated system and you will be answered within 48 hours. Usually, providers respond in a few hours or even minutes.


In the received e-mail message click the "Offer overview" link. The link will take you to thr web portal where you can see the price calculation and complete the booking.

Usually, providers require that 10% of the reservation value is paid in advance as a guarantee. Some providers require that the full amount must be payed in advance.

We accept credit cards VISA and MasterCard. You can also pay with Paypal or to carry out the payment order UPN / SEPA in your bank.

The reservation is completed and confirmed when we receive your payment. When paying by credit cards and via PayPal, reservation is confirmed immediately. In this case you will receive reservation confirmation (voucher) immediately by e-mail. When paying with a payment order UPN / SEPA reservation is completed, when we receive a bank notice of successful transfer on our bank account. You will then receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail.

No, but it is not yet confirmed. If you do not manage to make a payment on such a short notice, let us know as soon as possible and we will help you.

You will receive a reservation confirmation (voucher) by e-mail when the reservation amount is payed. You need to print it and show it to the service provider on your arrival.

If your reservation is already paid in full, you are usually required to pay only the tourist tax and any additional services you used.

If you paid your reservation only partially (for example: 10% of reservation value in advance), you will have to pay the remaining amount (for example: remaining 90% of the reservation value) to the provider upon your departure.

Gift certificates

We usually dispatch gift certificates in the same business day if it has been ordered until 13h. If you choose to pay by bank transfer UPN / SEPA, gift certificates will be dispatched as soon as we receive notice of payment to our bank account.

The shipment includes a special envelope, a gift certificate (includes service name, service provider, the name of the gift certificate receiver and dates of validity) and the accompanying letter, in which you can find contact information of the provider.

Gift certificate is required to be used in the period of validity. In addition to the gift certificate, you will receive the accompanying letter, in which you can find contact information of the provider. Before using your gift certificate, you must contact provider to agree on a time period, when the service can be utilized.

Gift certificate is valid until the date printed on the gift certificate. Usually that is 6 months for wellness services or 12 months for adrenalin sports. Gift certificates for holiday packages have to be used in the validity period of the package.

No. There are some cost associated with issuing and sending a gift certificate. Therefore, we can't refund your purchase.
