Tabor Cave
The cave is located in the vicinity of Grosuplje. It is one of most beautiful and most frequently visited caves in the Dolenjska region. It consists of seven halls. At the beginning of the system visitors descend into the Ledenica cave (Ice Cave) where frozen dripstones are formed during the winter. This cave was described already by Valvasor in his famous work “Slava vojvodine Kranjske” (The Fame of the Duchy of Carniola).
