Planinska Jama Cave
The Planinska jama cave is one of the longest Slovenian caves, located not far from Postojna. It is the home of bats and the human fish (Proteus anguinus). The cave is also important because of the subterranean merging of the rivers Pivka and Raka and numerous lakes.
