Slovenj Gradec
Slovenj Gradec is one of the oldest towns in Slovenia. The name Gradec was first recorded in the year 1091. It was granted the city rights in 1267. The settlement is an administrative and cultural centre of the North-Central part of the Corinthia region. There is the birth house of the famous composer Hugo Wolf located on the main square.
