Rogatec Open-air Museum
Rogatec is the largest open-air museum in Slovenia. It depicts the life of peasants, farmers, salesmen and craftsmen from the 19th and early 20th centuries. In the year 1997, it won the nomination for the European Museum of the Year. The museum presents the ethnologic heritage of the Obsotelj region. There are as many as ten open-air facilities available for tourist visits.
