Rifnik Archaeological Park
The Rifnik hill is located in the vicinity of Šentjur. This area was an important archaelological site, as people had been settling here from the Stone Age until the Middle Ages. Nowadays, there are two old Christian churches in the park. Also worth a visit are the walls with the guardhouses, seven houses and the display of smaller findings located in a reconstructed prehistoric dwelling place.
