Orešje Castle, Bizeljsko
The Renaissance castle was first mentioned in the 15th century. It was built on a picturesque spot in the middle of vineyards. Artistically interesting are the frescos with the three-dimensional illusionistic stuccowork, the chapel with its slim Early-Baroque design, and the small defence towers. The castle also includes a wine cellar.
