Island of Love - Mill on the Mura River
The island near Ižakovci, surrounded by the Mura river, is famous for its floating mill which is still operating and is listed as one of more important sites in Slovenia. The locals named it The Island of Love, on account of the fact that genuine love potion can be obtained there. Visitors can enjoy exploring the mill and can buy different sorts of flour and souvenirs, try culinary specialties from Prekmurje, visit the Büjrak Museum and take a boat ride across the Mura river.
