Hmeljnik Castle
The castle Hmeljnik was first mentioned in the records from the 13th century. It is very well seen from the main road Ljubljana-Bregana. Due to the Turkish invasions, a double wall with circular towers was added to the castle. The archway was erected in the Renaissance period, but was destroyed in World War 2.
