The small 17th-century castle is located on the left side of the road leading to Dolenjske Toplice. After 1945, the castle was rebuilt and converted into the Department for Lung Diseases of the Hospital of Novo Mesto. One of the most known recent owners was a politician Fran Šuklje. The castle was declared a cultural monument of local importance.
