Food and beverage
Here you can find all major cuisines of the world. The most popular is Italian cuisine, but you can
also visit Chinese or other restaurants. Among the chains of fast food restaurants, McDonalds is most
widely represented in big cities. Local vendors sell pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, burek, kebab and
other quick snacks.
In Slovenia, we have safe drinking water. Well known brands of local or foreign juices and carbonated
drinks can be found in stores across the country. Several brands of local and imported bear and
liqueurs/ alcoholic beverages are served in bars or sold in stores.
